Mounting the Sugar Scoop

I'm sure this has been beat to death? I'm looking to mount a Sugar Scoop. (the small little spoiler that mounts close to the top of the rear deck lid)

Does anyone have a correct measurement as to how down from the top of the deck lid?

I've seen some that didn't look right (in my eyes) either to far down the deck or to close to the top.
A photo would be great!
