Richard T. Let's define forward and back ok.

Let's say that moving the pedals forward is moving them cloeser to the front of the car and therefore giving MORE legroom.

Let's say that moving the pedals back, is to the back of the car, closer to the driver and gives less leg room.

Under these definitions are you still asking to move the pedals back?

If that is what you want then the simplest way to do that is to add blocks to the top of the pedals. Racers do that a lot.
