If the Hall headers on your stroker have a 2.25" collector, then you may be choking your motor and, if so, anything you do to decrease the restriction from your mufflers and resonators downstream from that choke point will probably not help. Fred Matsumoto told me that for my 427 Windsor I should have a 3" pipe, so I cut back my collector and welded on a 3" flange. I know opinions on this are like Corvettes (everybody has one), but designing high performance exhausts - starting with the Mind-Train Pantera system - is what Fred does.
