I like the 5.0 swap...Like Jack said, lighter,smaller motor. Also I think that future mods would be cheaper and easier to do.If displacement is a concern you could stroke the motor to a 347-355.
Or there is the 351W swap...Still lighter than 351C and still smaller...also with the option of stroking.
