Nope, the 265 refers to the width. You have 50 series, so if you want a taller tire, same width it would be like a 60 or 70 series.
BUt I have seen a pic of how high up your car sits and you could run 24 " wide slicks on that baby, no problem. Imagine two feet of rear contact patch.

I wish my car sat up that high, I would run duelies on the rear. I have mine raised up as high as I can get it and it still occasionaly will rub on bad bumps. What's your secret Bill?? How did you do it??
