We made a bar that goes from the shoulder seat belt bolt holes on both sides and then we made another upside down U mount that attaches in the middle which we mount a V.I.O POV Bullet Cam. http://www.vio-pov.com/products-all/pov-1-5.html

We are also going to make a mount that uses a threaded tripod mount to use an HD Camcorder in the car.
