I would avoid the Motec and go with a Vi-Pec instead. Im not knocking Motec ecu's as they are good but unless you want to pay thousands more for an ecu that will do no more for this particular setup than a Vi-Pec I would stick with the Vi-Pec. The V88 model has built in drive by wire as well as built in dual channel per cylinder knock control. The software is very easy to work with and has trigger patterns already set up for LS engines.
