Need Front Brake Flex Line Specs for Baer Conversion

Aloha! I've ordered a set of Baer S4 Brakes to replace my aging front calipers. Does anyone happen to know the length of the flex hose (caliper to hard-line connection) and the size of the fitting at the hard line? Mahalos!
