New Cooling Sysytem Water Pipes

I recently bought all new stainless steel water pipes from Hall Pantera.

When putting them on. I found there are no bolt brackets to hold some in place as on the orignal ones, and, there is nowhere to screw in the temp sensor. Not on any of the pipes and not on the thermostat housing pipe as on the orignal one.

It appears I eaither have to use the old ones in some area's and the old thermostat housing or have it drilled and then have an insert welded in to accept the senor.

Any idea's ?
