Thank you for your interest in the book. Debbie has your names, and I believe she has contacted you via email. If not PM me or email us via the club. We've been shipping book orders based upon date & time that folks have contacted me. At this point we are out of books, and we're waiting for the next shipment from the book publisher. We had no idea the demand for the book would be this great.

We've placed a second order for books enough to fill all orders based upon everyone who has contacted us via the forums, via PM, via email or via telephone.

When the next shipment of books arrives Debbie shall contact those of you who haven't already made arrangements with her. If you want to PM your shipping address and phone number to me, or email it to Debbie, that will speed things up. Debbie will phone you when the books arrive for bank card info. That should be the first week of February, about 14 days from now.
