There seems to be lots of examples of very nice 4.6L installations. I don't believe the ECM is an issue, and although I haven't seen it, throttle converstion can't be that difficult in either direction.
Seems to me the VW V12 will have the same issues during converstion but what's worse is I'll have to be able read German too.

The 5L 4 cam makes high HP and will be available soon, check the internet.

Tai Krige post is intriguing, I would like to see the Chev. powered Pantera's If it wasn't for the decreasing value aspect I would consider that route.
