New guy with old car

Hi Everyone,

I thought I'd do an introduction since most forums seem to appreciate them. I recently bought a '73 L and I'm going to need all the info I can absorb to get it back on the road. I am the 3rd owner. It has been sitting since 1984. The previous owner bought it in '76 and began upgrading it soon after. He never finished the job. It has new exhaust, headers, brakes, tires, weatherstripping, etc but all of it was bought 20+years ago so now I have to go through it all again. It has a completely rebuild engine that is stuck.. Luckily the differential has already been safety wired and other useful stuff like bronze window gears have been installed.It was originally an orange car and now it is yellow with poor paint, but nearly rust free since it has been in texas all its life and stored indoor since '84. I look forward to starting on this project and learning all I can from the members here.
