Reply to "New Scam On eBay....."

What happens is that someone steals the pictures and text from the original auction, copy and paste.
They list it at an unrealistically low price, but not so low as to draw undue attention.
In order to report it to ebay you must have the auction number from the legitimate seller from the first time it appeared.
If you are not the seller, you cannot claim that someone has stolen the pictures and the text from you.
Sometimes ebay pulls them sometimes they don't.
If you feel that it is a fraud. Don't bid on it.
Email the seller that you wish to look at the car in person. Inform them that if you like it you will buy it on the spot for the buy it now.
Find the location of the town on the map.
Tell the seller that you live ten minutes away and you want to see it as soon as possible and that you have cash.
Then see what response you get.
Oh, ask them for the complete serial number of the car and the license plate number and state where registered.
Make arangements to see it. See what happens.
