The Carreras usually have adjustable ride height, so did they start out okay and alter after the drive? If so it could be as simple as a locking ring loosened. Did you set them all equal prior to mounting?

A set of vernier calipers to measure the thickness of the springs should be able to tell which springs have the thicker coils.

Ideally when you get a chance you want to set the car up via corner weighting on a set of scales.
