Not that long ago I saw something like that on ebay, marketed at pantera and gt40 owners. About 1,5-3 inch in height. You put it in between the spring and the rest of the coilover like a spacer and with air or oil it could be raised something like 70% of the total height of the "spacer". but it cost around 1700$.
