news fans with or without shroud

Hi

I removed my radiator on my 74L and had services.
I have not had any overheating problems, but since radiator is out I need advice as to use the old fans, after I'll service them, or install new pusher fans, or, install fans at rear, with or without a shroud?

Need advice. ideas?
