I got a Mallory pump - looks exactly like the original pump except that it's chromed.
I didn't really want a chromed one - but it was the only mechanical pump I could find.

The first one had pin hole in the casting a sprayed fuel all over the side of the block.

The replacement works and doesn't leak.
