No reverse,2 or 4 - HELP?!

Okay, car was shifting fine. I did nothing but drive to and from Monterey. Coming off the 99 in Fresno, I could not get into second. A slight (less than 1/16" adjustment of one spline coupling back at the ZF shifter box had things back to good.

Yesterday drive over to PCNC monthly meeting. Lost 2 and 4 about 60 miles out. Back home to Fresno (total miles 306), had also lost reverse.

Any ideas of where I start looking for the problems.

Cabin lever is not able to be put forward enough to engage those gears. I suspect linkage in console as nothing appears out of wack in the engine bay??
