no spark please help

I have a stock distributor and new coil,points condenser,rotor and wires. the car runs for about 7 minutes then it shuts off and I have no spark from coil, and with the key on there is 12 volts on + and - side of coil. don't have a clue what the problem is. please help. thank you Dennis
