Heads with the E3ZM-6049-C3 casting number are the catalog #M-6049-C302 heads. They are good heads.

If that's a production 9.5" deck 351W block then the intake manifold should be the M-9424-A351 version.

If you want to sell it, list it for sale in the parts for sale forum.
