Is it important that it has to be the 4300D? From my own experience it is not a good Carb to work on if it is worn. And the top-plate is often warped which makes it a nightmare to seal. A new Holley or basically any new Carb will make your life much easier. They are bolt-on from the box. If you are still dealing with the TÜV I think I already send you the papers for the "AB WERK" option for the Holley Carb on the Pantera. They must accept that?
