Update: PASS

George's trick did the job, although I still needed the second chance option it did come in at 3.45% vs. limit of 3.5% on CO.

It overheated during the test (Fluidyne radiator and sucker fans have moved to #1 on the priority list of "to do's". I had to advance the ignition to get home again as it was so lumpy, but heck it's through for a year.

RoverLtd: The PO Box in Carson sounds like the solution for next year. I did look previously at requirements for a NV Classic vehicle plate and didn't like the fact it limits you to 2500 miles/yr.
