Oil Pressure Gauge Sending Unit

It is now the third time within two years that my Oil Pressure Gauge Sending Unit (PS60) fails (infinite high resistance). Is it only me having problems with that unit? Can you advise maybe another sending unit that fits with the Pantera oil pressure gauge.
