Thanks for all you valuable comments. Fortunately, I could yesterday fix my oil pressure sending unit issue. Stupidly I had put a bit too much teflon sealing tape around the thread and a small piece of it had found its way to the tiny hole of the sending unit blocking it. Could fix that issue quickly and was relieved to see the pressure gauge working again.
