PROBLEM SOLVED

Thank you all for your help. John, no continuity from the connector to the sender. Removed wire at sender, and the wire fell out of the crimp connector and the vinyl tubing.

So nice when things turn out simple. I probably bumped the wire & since it was loose, lost the connection. Now I will find something for a wire jacket from the oil sender to the loom.
