The stock Goose oil sender stand off was actually shortened by the factory...started life as a regular 302 standoff. This solves the proximity issue.

I had one somewhere around here, but can't lay hands on it!

I put the Boss 302 unit on my car and it worked nicely, up out of the way of the oil filter, which is really the only PITA thing you want down that deep! It hides behind the valve cover so few will ever know you moved it!

***Pic added of Boss 2 oil sender relocation hardware. Once valve cover is installed, it just peeks out from behind it. Sweet!
