Dunno- it depends on the oiling passages the pump is feeding, soliod or hydraulic cam, bearing clearances and whether you're checking at the rear of the block, after all the bearings and lifters, or at the front, above the fuel pump, before all the bearings etc. The Ford Gearotor design is used in all the Winston Cup dry sump setups, even in the GM cars. So there's enough for 850+ reliable horsepower.
