Wellll, anything can be rebuilt.

But if rebuilding this wreck is going to be up to getting an insurance company to pay for it, then it will not be repaired.

Waaay too much damage unless he had it insured for much more than its actual value,

Only as a labor of love, by one man in his own shop, with all his own labor, can this be rebuilt.
