I cannot agree more with ya!!! ...about moving away from MSD. (More Silly Devices!)

I have been a DuraSpark fan since way back when I converted my 68 XR7 to DS-II back in the 80's I think. Car ran cleaner at idle and didn't miss a beat.

I think I had one pickup sender go bad in all that time...and the mech advance unit gum up....but has been trouble free since I took it apart and detailed it out....and now...every oil change, the center (beneath the dist rotor) gets a few drops of clean Mobil1......most people forget about this.....especially in mid engine cars with forward distributors!!!!

I'm just trying to get a feel for what I gots in the car at the moment...so if it does head south before I can swap it over....I know how to get back on the road more quickly!
