When I pulled mine, I could see the glue outline of the semi circle one, but decal was long gone.

Chrome was far better in that area than the rest, so I figured it had been in place for much of it's early, protected life.

I could also make out a small rectangle glue 'witness' toward the right rear. Guess its like a lot of things with these cars; sort of changes with the Italian wind.

Is there ANY evidence that the '5.8 Liter' one claiming to be for a Pantera was ever seen on one new?

Mike, I know you saw your share of these cars new, so not disputing, just seeking any news from the fringe.
