in regards to "Can you have a budget during a restoration?"...the answer being a resounding YES!!!

If you go into the project blind & unaware of the work necessary to bring the car up to the "Level" of restoration, as there are a myriad of restoration levels.
As an example, consider the broad spectrum of prices & qualities in a paint job.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay TOO many variables in your limited post information as to accessing "Exactly" what you wanted, as evidenced by your response to the link to the car for sale on eBay...Mark
