I'll try. So far, each time by your place has been on a mad dash from Ohio to
Missouri. The last time, I left Ohio at 9:00 PM and had to be at work the next
morning. It's 400+ miles door-to-door and I made it in under 5 hours including
a stop for fuel. BTW, that was on brand new snow tires. It figures the one
year I decide to put snow tires on the Mustang, we wouldn't get any snow. The
tires are interesting. The rubber compound is quite grippy in the cold (my old
summer performance tires would drop off in grip as it got cold) and the ride is
noticeably improved. With only an H rating, the sidewalls aren't as stiff as
the Z, W, Y rating tires I've used in the past. The handling gets a bit squirmy
at the limit. Not bad at usual speeds but blasting through a corner at 120 MPH
does get your attention.
