Visors are indeed same as early Panteras. They also share hardware with Fiat 850 spiders and I believe 124's. I have a couple of the mounting hinges somewhere.....

Seat rails: Yes, your car should have an adjustable seat in the driver position.... Not sure where or what they were sourced from. Maybe Wilkenson or Hall would have an idea.

Headliner: Unsure what an original looks like, but could have been a simple foam backed material.... Mine was falling down, so replaced with similar. Glues directly to roof....
