paint or powder coat?

I'm in the process of taking apart my rear suspension to replace the wheel bearings, and thought it would be a good time to spruce things up a bit. I'm wondering if I should powder coat the control arms or have them painted?

thoughts?
Which ever way I go, I'll end up doing my sway bar, and all the suspension stuff as well while its off the car.
