The last few that changed hands were never advertised, therefore terms were never released. Both the supply and demand are so small that it sometimes works that way.

So few change hands that I suspect it may be difficult to establish what "market" value is. It probably depends more on if the two parties can agree on a price they can swallow. I don't know of any for sale at the moment.
