OK, well not as obsessed as you guys who actually own one of these beauties, but I've got the bug now.
I wanted to just talk aesthetics with anyone who has opinions about the look of this car...

I want to know what you guys think of it, visually, practically, artistically, functionally, etc. It's not what I would build if I could design my own Pantera from scratch, but for some reason it has really caught me. Like generally, I dont like the two-tone look as I think it distracts from the actual lines of the car, and usually I dont like the logos on the lower side panels (what are they called?). But in this case, I think the car is gorgeous! Maybe it all revolves (no pun intended) around the black steel wheels. They give the care that utilitarian, vintage, race car look. And I guess that's one the the beauties of a pantera...part italian style, part american muscle.
This car pushes that "no f*kin around" look just a bit further. The black is satin...utility. The white looks creamy in these photos...vintage. The raised white letter Goodyear tires (though maybe dangerously cracked at this point) are also classic hot rod.
I would SO drive this car...and the only thing that would frustrate me about it, is that it looks so cool as-is, I wouldn't want to mod it into the car I really want.
(I like the marker light mods better than any other I've seen so far.)
Feedback, ideas, criticisms...anyone.

PS I truly appreciate that you guys are willing to shoot the sh*t with a wannabe. I've read a lot of back forums so far, and the vibe here is truly supportive and friendly. I guess once you own a Pantera...success, you've got nothing else to prove to anyone.
