I don't know, unless you are turning out the sheet metal yourself on a English wheel, you got $15K in parts going into that car. Probably more. Pantera front clips don't grow on trees.
From looking carefully, I would say there is a very good chance the sub frame is tweeked. Look at the windshield channel.
If you already had the parts and some crazy good metal skills, perhaps it would be a different story.
Every couple of months a pantera pops up, either here, hemmings, auto trader ....that would be a lot less work for more profit then you would make from this.
