Pantera #5825 - what is wrong with this white 1973 GT5 Replica?

The car: http://www.pim.net/2082007GT5.html

I tried to see if someone had posted earlier about this one but I could not find any postings. I really like the style of this one ..... BUT .....

I have spoken with PIM about this car and even though they assembled it and built an engine for the owner 5 years ago they do not provide much information at all.

After carefully examining the photos they have on their website I suspect that the car has been in a crash and the frame is no longer straight.

In the attached photos (go see the live photos on their website so you can see this without my graphic doodles being in the way) you will see that the driver front left bonnet side is overall LOWER than the passenger front right side.

At the same time the driverside (left) front indicator is positioned HIGHER than the passenger side...... how can a car have both a higher and lower point on the driver side vs. the passenger side?

Further evidence of something being out of shape is on the picture showing the passenger side front wheel arch that is out of shape:

Are there any expert opinions on what this indicates and more important is this something that can be repaired?

I hope it is not signs of a sad history like the black one that just sold for $25,100 on ebay (I sent a private message to the winning bidder with a URL to the image of what it looked like before it was repaired so he will know the history that the seller was trying to hide).
