Yes, the AC/Alt mount are one and the same. The AC is mounted below the bracket and the Alt is mounted on the top. There are 3 bolts holding it to the engine. 2 - 13mm (1/2in) in front and 1- 14mm (9/16th) on the backside, I used a thick washer on the back bolt to pull the bracket as far as it could go against the block. I may have done some grinding on it also where it was hitting the block.

The original alignment wasn't bad, but I could see that it wasn't lined up very good.
