Thanks Rob & David.
Rob, I read your restoration posts, fantastic work and details! I have lots of pictures I need to scan that Gary Hall took while freshening the car up 14 years ago. I'll post those when I get to it.
I was ready to buy Campy clones, store the 15's and run wider modern street rubber to replace the 14 year old BFG's. Instead I decided to keep it stock-ish and replaced the 205/60R15 front & 275/60R15 rears with 205/60R15 & 255/60R15's BFG TA's. Found this size setup searching this site and I'm pleased with the period correct look.
So, while in my custody I'm committed to retain and maintain #6007 as it sits today.
Tough decision for me, I can't keep anything stock. I converted a perfect 1982 Porsche 930 Turbo into a 2450lb. flame shooting, GT3 stomping track monster many years ago. At least I kept all the parts & interior bits!
