Actually the Euro is near a 3 year low against the dollar, little problem with the european debt crisis. That combined with gas being near record highs in places like Germany and England, I think this combined with our still week economy, keeping our cars "under valued" and selling for less than they should. Good if your are looking to buy a project that might have a completion date of 2015, my best guess
