Thank you Professor, but that is the incorrect type of bolt. In fact, it would be considered a screw,and a masonry one intended for use with a lead shield at that, BUT yes, that is the idea.

My tape measure is in inches with a secondary metric marking.

I know of none, including mine, that is marked in degrees or what tan .03125 means in degrees?

Make this easier, not harder.
