I purchased "De Tomaso Pantera 71-74: Muffler Support Straps SET OF 2" from PI Motorsports last year. They are "rock-hard", almost like PVC and my long year experience tells me that using them may damage the related metal structure due to the vibrations transmitted to such. Furthermore they don´t fit into the clamps unless the original "washers" are left out.
