Pantera Headlight machanism or a nice idea for putting the headlights in the front

Hello, I have a pantera but without the headlight mechanism . No Motor ,no axle , no electric parts , only the the headlighthouses I have.
So I think of building 2pc. 90mm Headlights into the front, or somebody have the parts for me. Thank you verry much for helping.
PS:I search also for the complete wire set, because my pre-owner have sold all the wires and most of the electic parts . :-(
