Pantera hunting

Hi,

I have just subscribed to the forums of PI.
I am looking into buying an early Pantera , preferably with the chrome bumpers or a US delivery GTS. I live in Belgium so the Pantera I am looking for will be shipped to Europe.
I scanned the PI section on cars for sale and there are 2-3 cars that intrest me, but when I contact the sellers by e-mail or phone it seems to go dead quite fast. I am guessing that it is because they feel uncomfortable with overseas transactions or perhaps my English is not as good as I think it is, or perhaps I am asking the wrong questions...I mean its not that I am French or anything, right ;o)
So any advice you can give me -on buying a Pantera- is great. Advice on life in general is fine also but not pressing for the moment. The Pantera would be for my private use and will sit happily next to an old school 911.
I would also be looking into contracting a regional rep of PI to do a PPI (expenses paid ofcourse).
