It never ceases to AMAZE me how good our overseas members English is - yours is excellent.
As for one of us doing an expenses paid PPI - pre purchase inspection - I don't think that will happen.
Most of us will refuse your money, but gladly do the inspection!

Nonetheless, we are here to help. Do you seek a no-issues car, or are you willing/wanting to do work on your purchase?
Yes, some sellers will back away from overseas shipping. In my opinion, they are not too smart, as they are blocking out a market that is showing strong interest and has readily available funds. Perhaps you should do all the advance research, pick a shipping method and determine the cost and inform potential sellers of your solution to shipping.
