Today I picked up a 15 inch wide by 3 foot long piece of “chrome tape”. I will remove the front turn signal lens cover on one side of the car, cut the tape into strips and attach them to inside back of the light assembly around the turn signal bulb. Hopefully, the chrome tape under the lens will make the turn signal glow brighter. I will re-install the lens and turn the lights on and do a comparison between both sides of the car to see if there is any improvement in the brightness of the turn signal on the side that has received the chrome tape.

Hopefully I will see some improvement. If not, I am only out $15 and some of my time.

If this works, I will do a follow up post with a picture attached of one modified and one non-modified turn signal lens.
