I think the registry is always been updated by Bill Milburn as time allows. As for constant updates and availablity, Bill Van Ess, who did all the initial hard work, and who fronted 100% of the costs had to wait many years to even break even! That, and it's difficult to get everyone to do it. Years ago hundreds of registry forms were handed out in Vegas, and I bet they didn't even get a dozen back. Then there are those who cry about privacy, like there are Pantera thieves stalking the DeTomaso registry or something.
