Did you ever find out the serial number on your car? I just bought a 1971 red Pantera from Utah; #1905. I know very little about it other than it was highly modified. Very little on it is stock. Some one has put a lot of work into it. It now has the GTS body with the 1985 leather GT interior. I know very little about it's history but the odometer has a little over 12k.
