I think that I remember Hall building more then one automatic? I'm thinking three but at least two?
I thought one was one of the targa roof cars?
Those cars needed extra bracing that went through the rocker arms and bolted into the wheel wells. The extra bracing added considerable weight to them. Even so, they would twist and the roof panels would leak as a result.
I think the transaxle came out of a Renault? I heard that the thing would run but was incapable of handling the torque of the 351c dependably?
I don't know what happened to those two cars? Mike Cook is who I used to ask about that stuff. Bev never knew the details on anything and the other girls there know even less.
